How biljett.shop handles personal data
biljett.shop is run by JTTL AB. When you buy a ticket, the organizer is responsible for your data, and every organizer's shop has its own page about it, linked from the checkout. This page covers what JTTL AB is responsible for itself.
What JTTL AB is responsible for
- Organizers' accounts: email address and sign-ins for whoever administers an event. The basis is the contract with the organizer.
- Invoicing our fee to organizers. The basis is the contract and accounting law.
- Operations and security: logs needed to keep the service running and stop abuse. The basis is the interest in a secure service.
What we do for organizers
For purchases, tickets, attendee lists and mail to an event, JTTL AB is the organizer's data processor. We then handle the data only on the organizer's instructions, and questions about it go to the organizer.
Who receives the data
- Stripe takes the payments and handles organizers' payouts.
- Postmark sends the mail from biljett.shop.
- Klok runs the servers and the database in Bahnhof's data centre in Sweden, and the AI assistant that can help answer mail.
- Stripe and Postmark may transfer data to the United States. This is done under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
- Your data is never sold to anyone.
How long the data is kept
Sign-ins are kept for 30 days and the basis for invoicing for seven years, because accounting law requires it.
Your rights
You have the right to know what data there is about you and to get a copy of it, to have mistakes corrected and to have data erased when it is no longer needed or does not have to be kept. You can object to what is done on the basis of a legitimate interest, and withdraw a consent at any time.
Write to jakob@quick.tickets to use your rights.
If you think your data is handled wrongly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
